Table Notes is a mobile-friendly alternative to Excel that offers a simple and easy-to-use interface for editing spreadsheets on small screens.

This tool is particularly useful for small business owners, freelancers, and professionals who need to access and share Excel files on their mobile devices.

In addition to its mobile capabilities, Table Notes is also available on PC for those who prefer working on a larger screen.

The app offers a variety of features that make data entry convenient, including the ability to enter data through photos, audio recordings, signatures, drawings, addresses from Google maps, phone numbers from contacts, date and time pickers, dropdown lists, checkboxes, and formulas.

Table Notes also supports real-time collaboration, allowing users to add team members, customers, and suppliers to view and/or edit spreadsheets simultaneously. It even works offline and automatically syncs data with the cloud server once an internet connection is established.

Users can generate PDF, Word, and XLS/XLSX reports (either by paying or watching ads), create graphs for data analysis, apply enhanced styling to cells, columns, and rows, and use the app in 26 different languages.
